Job Title: GTM Strategy and Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GTM Strategy and Operations Lead to join our team at Rowden. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy across Europe, Australia, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Create and execute a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and market share across our target regions.
  • Channel Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture profitable relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key suppliers.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Take charge of executing GTM initiatives, monitoring their performance, and optimising strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Partner Enablement Programs: Develop and implement partner enablement programs to ensure partners are well-trained and equipped to sell our products.
  • Customer-Centricity: Ensure a customer-centric approach in all GTM activities, prioritising customer needs and feedback in strategy development.
  • Scalability: Design scalable go-to-market processes and systems that will support our growth in complexity and geographic reach.
  • Regulatory and Compliance: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure our GTM strategies align with local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Operational Excellence: Proven success in building and executing GTM strategies in new or challenging markets.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience evaluating market conditions, competition, and internal capabilities using data-driven insights.
  • Technical Expertise: An engineering or technical background with experience in accurately communicating technical details of product lines.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record in establishing and managing strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions and operational demands.
