About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a GTM Strategy and Operations Lead. This is a critical role that will drive our commercial success across Europe, Australia, and the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in our target regions.
  • Establish and nurture profitable relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key suppliers.
  • Take charge of executing GTM initiatives, monitoring their performance, and optimising strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement programs to ensure partners are well-trained and equipped to sell our products.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all GTM activities, prioritising customer needs and feedback in strategy development.
  • Design scalable go-to-market processes and systems that will support our growth in complexity and geographic reach.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure our GTM strategies align with local laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in building and executing GTM strategies in new or challenging markets.
  • Experience evaluating market conditions, competition, and internal capabilities, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Technical expertise in accurately communicating technical details of product lines to both partners and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to establish and manage strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions and operational demands.
