About the Role

We are seeking a kind and compassionate individual to join our team as a Live In Care Professional in Horsham and Haywards Heath. As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide non-medical services to help them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live in care, working independently to support clients in their daily lives
  • Reflect the core values of Home Instead, including compassion, trustworthiness, and respect
  • Contribute to a positive living environment, enhancing the quality of life for clients
  • Document daily activities and report any changes or concerns to ensure client safety and well-being
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers and office staff

Requirements

  • Experience in a care setting or interacting with older people
  • Passion for supporting others and delivering an outstanding service
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients and their homes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
