Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Live In Care Professional in Horsham and Haywards Heath. As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide non-medical services to support their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live in care, working independently to support clients in their daily lives
  • Reflect the core values of Home Instead, prioritizing the well-being and quality of life for our clients
  • Contribute to a positive living environment, enhancing the client's quality of life through your care and support
  • Follow client house rules and respect their need for privacy
  • Document daily activities and report any changes or concerns to ensure the client's safety and well-being
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers and office staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is desirable
  • A passion for supporting others and delivering an outstanding service
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients and colleagues
  • Ability to build professional relationships and work comfortably in a client's home
