Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Live In Care Professional in Horsham and Haywards Heath. As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide non-medical services to support their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live in care, working independently to support clients in their daily lives.
  • Reflect the core values of Home Instead, prioritizing the well-being and quality of life for our clients.
  • Contribute to a positive living environment, enhancing the client's quality of life through your care and support.
  • Follow the client's house rules and respect their need for privacy, while also being mindful of their safety and well-being.
  • Document daily activities and report any changes or concerns to ensure the client's needs are met.
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers and office staff to ensure seamless support for our clients.

What We Offer

As a Live In Care Professional, you will receive an allowance, a separate room to stay, and access to WiFi. We also provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
