About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of skilled project managers and contributing to the financial, quality, and customer satisfaction goals of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Interface with local financial functions and regional PMO functions to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
  • Provide accurate and timely project forecasting data, ensuring that our projects stay on track.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in project management and a supervisory/leadership position.
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple intricate customer projects and extensive experience in direct customer interactions.
  • Further education in business administration, operations, or project management is desirable.
