Care Home Deputy Manager Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at Elite Search Associates Limited. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our elderly residential home in Newtown.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Deputy Manager in a residential care service is essential.
- QCF Level 3 or above in a relevant field.
- Experience of supporting the elderly and delivering person-centred care.
- Strong knowledge of care legislation and regulations.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £16.64.
- A 36-hour working week, including 12 hours as supernumerary and 24 hours as Team Leader on the floor.
