About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Adult's Additional Needs Assessor to join our team. As a SEND Assessment and Support Coordinator, you will work closely with learners, their families, schools, colleagues, and external agencies to identify and design support plans for learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • SUPORT learners with additional needs to access learning, college facilities, and fully participate in general College activities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-College staff, including Wellbeing Mentors, Campus Safeguarding Leads, ALS Administrators, LSA Coordinators, Curriculum staff, and other stakeholders as needed.
