About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Caring Professional to provide support to children and young adults with complex needs in our UK (Sheffield) location.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with challenging behaviors, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to children and young adults with complex needs, assisting them with daily activities and routines.
  • Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed by the supervising team.
  • Monitor and document progress and behavior patterns, collaborating with the team to create individualized care plans and goals for each client.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience working with children and young adults in the UK.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team, providing excellent support and care to our clients.
