Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and teaching qualification, with extensive experience in supporting learners with SEND in the FE/HE sector. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.

As an Additional Learning Needs Educator, you will deliver high-quality ALS interventions, assess student needs, and provide tailored support plans. You will also contribute to the development of inclusive practices across the college, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.

This rewarding role comes with a salary range of £30,330 - £39,540 per annum, pro rata, and a comprehensive benefits package, including an employer's pension contribution of £7,350.16 per annum, pro rata, and 43 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
