Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering bespoke learning plans for students with SEND.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers to adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
  • Supporting students in achieving their academic goals and promoting independent learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) and experience working with students with SEND.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
\

Salary Estimate: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
