Job Title: Associate Clinical Trainer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Clinical Trainer to join our team at the Police Rehab & Re-training Trust (PRRT). As a key member of our Psychological Therapies department, you will be responsible for delivering professional structured skills-based workshops in mental health, psychological well-being, and resilience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical training on-site at our Maryfield Training Suite and at locations throughout Northern Ireland.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of mental health disciplines and their application in real-world settings.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on mental health-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Honours Degree in a health-related discipline (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology/Psychotherapy).
  • Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant Mental Health discipline.
  • Current registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience delivering training in person to adult groups.
  • Full, current UK driving licence and access to a car (or alternative arrangements for those with disabilities).
