Commercial Contract Specialist

At QED Legal LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Specialist to join our team on a 9 – 12 month fixed term contract. The potential for this opportunity to go permanent at the end of the contract term makes it an attractive option for those looking for long-term stability.
This varied role involves drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. As a key member of our in-house legal department, you will also be advising and assisting the business on other legal matters. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, where you can work from home two days a week or more if desired.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements. They should be able to effectively manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations while providing day-to-day commercial advice to all departments within the business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal issues in a business-friendly way are essential.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have between 1 – 6 years PQE plus, or equivalent experience, we would love to hear from you.
