Care Assistant Role Overview

At Country Court Care, we strive to deliver exceptional care to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

* Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
* Aid residents with emotional and social needs, including interacting with residents and their families
* Support residents at meal times
* Maintain and develop residents' care plans to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

* No experience as a Care Assistant is necessary, but you must be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
* Be able to engage well with residents and their families
* Have good written and verbal communication skills
* Be available to work long shifts, including weekends
