- Lead and develop a team of up to 8 administrative staff, focusing on performance, workload, and growth.
- Manage operational aspects of Wiltshire Childrens Community Health Services within the designated locality, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Provide administrative support and cover for the Business Support team as needed.
