Project Coordinator for HR and Payroll System Transformation

We are looking for an experienced HR Project Coordinator to join our team at Wiltshire College & University Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, project coordination, and data analysis.
The HR Project Coordinator will support the implementation of new payroll, HR, and recruitment systems, providing administrative support, coordinating project activities, and analysing data for system implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Coordinate project activities, including stakeholder management, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Analyse and clean data for system implementation, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Competitive salary: £31,167 per annum.
