The Role

A process-driven individual with a thorough understanding of overseas recruitment is required for this role. As International Compliance Manager, you will own the post-interview process for all international recruitment, ensuring the quality, compliance, and integrity of the process. You will keep up to date on policy and procedures, nurturing close relationships with external partners that can support in implementing new policies. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all international placements within the organization, utilizing your understanding of visas, sponsorships, and licenses to stay on top of current staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to international recruitment regulations.
  • Collaborate with external partners to implement new policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of international placements and staff.

Requirements
