Job Overview

Indivior is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for the treatment of addiction. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Director of Global Compliance and Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of global compliance and quality assurance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product quality, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive audit plans to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of our quality management system.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, including cGMP, PV, and GCLP, to ensure compliance across all regions.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, such as FDA and EMA, to address any concerns or issues related to our products or manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or engineering discipline; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biopharma, with a proven track record in compliance and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of regulations impacting the industry, including cGMP, PV, and GCLP.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to improve quality and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of auditing techniques and relevant qualifications, such as CQA or lead auditor certifications.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages advantageous.
  • Experience working in a similar role within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
