Job Title: International Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled International Compliance Manager to join our team at Compass Corporate Services. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and integrity of our international recruitment process.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position based at our head office in Slough. As International Compliance Manager, you will work closely with our Head of International Recruitment to ensure the candidate lifecycle runs smoothly. You will be responsible for owning the post-interview process for all international recruitment, streamlining the interview process, and maintaining up-to-date records of all international placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to international recruitment.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of our recruitment process.
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate management and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all international placements, including visas, sponsorships, and licenses.
  • Collaborate with external partners to implement new policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a similar role, with extensive experience working with international recruitment and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of regulations, policies, and procedures related to international recruitment.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
