**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Information, Advice and Guidance Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality employability, skills development, and job support services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Deliver all elements of employability, skills development, and job support needed to progress clients into work, from assessment and action plan stages to successful job outcome.
• Work one-to-one with clients, as well as with specialist partner agencies, both internal and external, to provide personalized support and guidance.
• Contribute to positive training and employment outcomes towards the ESF contract.
• Utilize CRM systems to effectively monitor and track client assessment, interventions, and progress.
**Requirements**
• Proven experience of delivering work and careers-related Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) services.
• Ability to successfully manage a caseload of clients with multiple needs.
• Solid track record of supporting residents with multiple complex barriers into training and work.
• Passionate, creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing a client-centered service.
