Agile Product Development Lead

**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at OpenSourced as a Business Analyst/Product Owner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning business goals with technical solutions.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in agile methodologies, business analysis, and product ownership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product backlog for one or more teams.
- Prioritize features and tasks using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
- Certified Professional Scrum Master (CPSM) or similar certification.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing, particularly AWS.
Salary Range:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum based on experience.
