We're seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to join our team at Oxford Nanopore Technologies. As an Agile Product Owner for our EPI2ME software, you'll lead a team of software developers to deliver innovative analysis workflows and software solutions.

This role offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge software solution that has a significant impact on our customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, while also contributing to the product roadmap and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day agile processes of the team as product owner: requirements gathering, ticket creation, troubleshooting, running Agile scrum ceremonies
  • Gather and distill customer feedback and translate that to product requirements for the team
  • Collaborate with other teams such as UX, product management, and tech support to help deliver innovative analysis workflows and software solutions
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert within the rest of product management

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., biology, computer science)
  • Proven experience in software product management, preferably in an agile framework
  • Strong understanding of DNA sequencing analysis and analysis software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Salary:£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
