Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our new team at Acer Mews care home in Ashton-under-Lyne as a Senior Healthcare Professional. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a small group of healthcare assistants in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Work closely with our Nurse in Charge to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care possible
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of healthcare assistants
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a care home environment and has leadership or management experience. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus benefits such as paid training and development opportunities.
