We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Financial Planning team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within financial planning. They will be responsible for managing the administration team, developing policies and procedures, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring departmental practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
- Manage the administration team
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings and preparing agendas
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Support the team in preparing presentations for stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments
- Monitor and manage departmental resources
- Assist in training and development of administrative staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative management experience
- Excellent team management ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
