An international group, selling into the Food, Environmental and Agricultural markets across the UK & Europe, is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to maximise their growth potential. BASIC SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000

LOCATION: This is a hybrid role based in Corby. Inside Sales Executive, Internal Sales - Food Industry
Reporting to our Area Sales Director, you will be predominantly selling to Quality, Technical and Process improvement type people. We are a small team in the UK with an established customer base and desire for growth, our group have over 200 colleagues across Europe as well as 3 manufacturing sites in France and Italy. This is a technical Sales role and comes with a high level of autonomy.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Working closely with our Marketing team to identify key players and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification.
- Outbound cold calls and emails by data (i.e. LinkedIn) and support the Sales team with customer mapping activities.
- Routing qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects and updating the CRM (SalesForce) accordingly.
- Interacting with customers after sales concerning lead times for customer and any after sale services required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Inside Sales Executive / Food Industry
Ideally, you'll have worked within the food industry in a Sales environment although we're pretty open to your background. You must also:
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Have proven success within a telesales environment and experience of making dozens of dials per day.
