Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our Anaesthetic & Recovery team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
  • Supervise and support junior staff members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient theatre environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
  • Post-registration experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
