Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SalesNet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales to grow our business in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Establish robust sales development processes
  • Maintain all aspects of our CRM in respect of new and existing clients
  • Attend conferences, buyer events, and sales conventions to promote our products and services
  • Manage existing client relationships to include additional sales to their account

Requirements:

  • Proven track record generating new business in the engineering and construction sector
  • Motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience with fasteners and fixings and/or engineering consumables (desirable)
