Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Bela Recruitment in Dungannon, Northern Ireland.

Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and provide exceptional customer service to business customers via phone and email.
- Support customers with general enquiries around stock availability, lead times for delivery, and invoice queries.
- Create orders on our IT system for warehouse staff to dispatch, report on key accounts, conduct stock adjustments, and process exchanges.
- Evaluate and implement customer service agreements to ensure outstanding service.
- Utilize initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior experience in office-based customer service or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and willingness to learn our in-house IT system.
- An estimated salary range of £24,000 - £28,000, depending on experience.
- The option of a 1-day hybrid schedule and early finish Fridays.
