Job Title: Nursing and Midwifery Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Nursing and Midwifery Manager to join our team at the NHS.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This position involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality maternal health services and ensuring that they meet the needs of service users. The post holder will also work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement new initiatives and services.

Main duties of the job include improving outcomes for women with modifiable risk factors such as obesity, smoking, and reducing the interpregnancy interval. The post holder will also develop and implement processes to secure a year-on-year increase in uptake of immunization.

Key requirements for this role include being registered with the NMC and having relevant postgraduate qualifications or management experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of the National Maternity Agenda and the 5-year forward vision for 'Better Births', as well as experience of developing new initiatives and managing services.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development, with the chance to work closely with the Senior Clinical Midwifery Management Team to further develop related pathways and guidelines.
