Sales Development Manager Opportunity in Leeds
Career Cross Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Leeds. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about developing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and outreach;
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within assigned territories;
- Managing sales pipelines via a CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities;
- Providing technical product support and training to clients, as needed;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career and contribute to the success of our business. The salary for this role is approximately £31,500 - £33,000 per annum, plus company bonus and benefits.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
Essential Qualifications and Skills- A proven track record in sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional results;
- Negotiation and consultative sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients;
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience of using them to manage sales pipelines.
