We are seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Reservation Sales & Ticketing Agent to join our team in London.

This exciting opportunity is for a FULL_TIME role with a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person, addressing various ticket-related issues, managing group bookings, and maintaining communication with local management and head office representatives of airlines.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma and a diploma from a travel institution.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in Mandarin – essential in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
