Salary and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Care Professional to join our team in Kilbirnie. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing day-to-day operations, engaging with each child's plan, and ensuring high standards of care and professionalism. You will be responsible for transporting young people to external locations, which requires a full UK driving licence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate transferable skills, life experience, and values that align with our organization's mission. A background in childcare or vulnerable adult support is essential. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
