**The Channel Recruiter** is seeking a seasoned CCTV Business Growth Manager to support our sales team and growth within the CCTV/Security Market.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for someone with experience selling technology hardware or services into the IT sector, specifically within the CCTV/Security market.

The ideal candidate will focus on developing business within the UK CCTV/Security sector, utilizing existing customer relationships, market research, and internal data. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Planning: Developing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth in the CCTV/Security market.
  • Market Understanding: Understanding the CCTV/Security supply chain and key customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Fostering strong relationships with Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs) and enterprises to drive sales growth.
  • Product Training: Presenting, training, and educating customers on CCTV/Security solutions.

This role requires a solid background in developing CCTV/Security customers in the IT industry, with a proven track record of success. We are looking for someone with experience in IT sales, preferably working for an IT Reseller/MSP or IT Vendor.
