We are seeking a Corporate Finance Director to lead our finance team in Stroud, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets for beBee Professionals.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
