About the Position: CV-Library is seeking a compassionate and supportive PMLD Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive specialist school near Wheatley, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young people with disabilities and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will assist students with various learning activities, including cooking, swimming, sensory play, and physical activities. They will also provide personal care and mobility support to students as needed. Additionally, they will offer emotional support to all students in the classroom.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a caring and non-judgmental attitude towards students. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with regular breaks. The salary for this role is £25,271 - £31,243 per annum (pro-rata) or £80-£90 per day, depending on experience, which includes a 15% shift allowance.
