Academic Teaching Associate

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Oxford. As an Academic Teaching Associate, you will be responsible for providing academic support to students in KS1 and KS2 classes, while also contributing to the overall learning environment.

About the Role
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering numeracy and literacy lessons
  • Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in any subject or possess equivalent experience
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate prior experience working with children, preferably in a tutoring, coaching, or youth work capacity
  • Basic understanding of mathematical and linguistic concepts
Salary and Benefits
