Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum's Nottingham clinic. As a renal nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centred care to individuals with chronic kidney failure and other comorbidities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients, ensuring their individual needs are met and their quality of life is improved.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care, including pre and post-haemodialysis care, and ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, adhering to Diaverum's procedures and protocols.
- Review patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to care plans as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest renal care practices and technologies.

Requirements
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
