Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients, ensuring personalized and effective treatment.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
- Review pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients, providing education and support.
- NMC Registered General Nurse with a strong foundation in renal care.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct and a commitment to delivering safe and effective care.
- A positive and dynamic approach to delivering patient-centered care, with a focus on building meaningful relationships.
- A full-time position with a competitive salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience.
