Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum in Nottingham. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality renal services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-management and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
