In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers. As the on-site first line liaison for our customers and interface with C-suite and Sr. Management within our clients' organizations, you will drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, and streamline patient-focused care pathways.
A Day in the Life
As a Service Delivery Account Lead, you will:
- Take ownership of all service delivery activities in Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone accounts.
- Develop and execute account-specific action plans to deliver high-quality services according to contract and track performance using a KPI dashboard.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships within the account and governance structure related to the partnership.
- Identify and collaborate with required IHS capabilities in a timely manner.
- Manage, coach, and develop local MDT IHS-NGC ops staff on site.
- Identify and escalate potential service issues to take preventive actions.
- Identify cross-business selling opportunities and inform commercial business development on performance and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant functional area or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Fluent English skills, both verbal and written, with knowledge of regional languages.
- Experience in dealing with hospitals' C-suite/Sr. Management and stakeholders in the healthcare value chain and operations management.
- Experience in people and team management.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the country and occasionally within EMEA (10-25%).
