Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team at Netbox Recruitment. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to support them through their digital implementation and identifying any challenges that arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver digital projects on time and within budget.
- Identify and challenge process issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and understanding their needs and wants for the digital product.
- Work with clients to develop and implement digital transformation strategies.
- Report to the Implementation Manager on project progress and any changes needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer onboarding of digital transformation products or a tech start-up background.
- Ability to challenge processes and identify change needed.
- Customer-centric focus with strong relationship-building skills.
- Bubbly personality with an outgoing and bold character.
