About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our Zest Juice Bar Team at the exclusive Culloden Estate and Spa. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests ensuring the highest standard of service and that all guest needs and expectations are met.
  • Clear and set tables, take orders, serve food and beverages, and take payments.
  • Ensure all cash, charges, floats, and till procedures are carried out correctly.
  • Greet guests and respond to their queries.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
  • Maintain the security of stock areas and report any breaches.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel offerings and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
About You

We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Food and Beverage Team will provide you with full training. You must have a good command of the English language, be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, and have excellent communication and basic numeracy skills.
