About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our Food & Beverage Team at the Cultra Inn, located at the exclusive Culloden Estate and Spa. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring the highest standard of service and meeting all guest needs and expectations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the service areas according to Hastings Standards.
  • Ensure all cash, charges, floats, and till procedures are carried out correctly.
  • Greet guests and respond to their queries in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
About You

We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Food and Beverage Team will provide you with full training. Required criteria include a good command of the English language, the right to work in the United Kingdom, and education to GCSE level or equivalent with grades A-C in English and Maths.
