Key Responsibilities

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the Intensive Support Function team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert clinical practice to clients with complex needs
  • Developing, initiating, leading and managing clinical assessment, formulation and interventions
  • Staff training and special projects coordination
  • Management and supervision of staff
  • Effective team working within a multi-agency framework

We offer a competitive salary of £46,148-£52,809 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
