Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Clinical Practitioner for Intensive Support to join our team at North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Community Learning Disability Team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical practice to clients with complex challenging behavior and/or forensic behaviors.

The role involves developing, initiating, leading, and managing clinical assessment, formulation, and interventions, staff training, and special projects consistent with the aims of the Trust, service plan, and service operational policy.

The successful applicant will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for our clients.

Main Duties
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for working with clients with complex challenging behavior and/or forensic behaviors
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Community Learning Disability Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for our clients
