About the Role
We are recruiting a Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at Aqueduct House.
Aqueduct House is an Ofsted registered accommodation that offers support to young people aged 7-18 years with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
The accommodation provides a caring, structured, and homely environment for our young people, supported by a specialist independent Ofsted registered school that provides a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment to support their personal and academic needs.
What You Will Do
- You will provide high-quality therapeutic support to young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
- You will work closely with the young people, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement individual support plans that meet their unique needs.
- You will contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the young people's progress and development.
