**Options Autism are hiring Therapeutic Support Worker in the Staffordshire region**

**Role: Therapeutic Support Worker**

**Salary**:Up to £26,201.00 per annum (inclusive of 8 sleep ins per month)**

**Hours: Full-time, Permanent **(**40 hours per week, 1 on 2 off or 2 on 4 off**)

**Location: Stretton, Staffordshire**

**Essential: Full UK Driving Licence**

Options Autism, are recruiting Therapeutic Support Workers** **to join our team in Stretton, Staffordshire.

Aqueduct House is an Ofsted registered children’s residential home offering care and support to children aged 7-18 years with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Located in rural Staffordshire close to Brewood Village, Aqueduct House provides a caring, structured, and homely environment for our children. The home is supported by a specialist independent Ofsted registered school that provides our residents a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment to support their personal and academic needs.

The home is within commuting distance of Stafford, Cannock, Telford, Wolverhampton and other surrounding towns and villages.

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences - for those we look after and for everyone in our team

Options Autism are Specialists in Education, Care and Therapy for young people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, complex behaviour associated with autism and anxiety and mental health needs.
