The Operational Customer Service Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and customers. This position involves receiving and responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including coordinating day-to-day activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Support email communications to customers and internal departments, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Communicate accurate and correct information within the department and to other departments, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and support internal and external meetings, preparing meeting materials, client presentations, and menu tastings, as well as taking minutes.
- Implement and maintain filing systems within the department, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of internal and external client information.
- Provide support to the Customer Service Management (CSM) team, recording and communicating service-related issues as required.
- Manage the input and accuracy of data into the Customer Performance System.
- Assist in the review of delivery notes, invoices, and revenue assurance, highlighting concerns to the relevant CSM and department.
- Record data from chef's tables and customer menu sampling.
- Produce reports as required.
- Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations to minimize health and safety risks for self and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.
The following criteria will be measured through the application form or CV:
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and various databases.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English language, both written and oral, with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good timekeeping and ability to work to deadlines.
- Customer service experience.
- In-flight catering experience is an advantage.
