Hospital Nurse Manager Role

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
This leading hospital in East London requires an experienced veterinary nursing manager to lead the nursing team and contribute to the hospital's success.
This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends, offering a good work-life balance.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Hospital Manager, Head Vet, Senior Nursing team, and Hospital Administrators to ensure that the nursing team is managed and supported to deliver excellent patient care.
Facilities include a modern CT scanner, commercial laboratory, skilled medical team, and experienced surgeons conducting complex surgeries on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team to achieve high standards of patient care
- Collaborate with the Hospital Manager and Senior Nursing team to develop and implement nursing strategies
- Oversee the implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Work closely with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support hospital management decisions
