Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive person-centered care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence.
  • Lead the delivery of service user assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in a collaborative manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and co-ordinate a first-class service that includes assessment and monitoring of physical health.
Requirements
  • Registered Adult Nurse and/or Registered Mental Health Nurse and/or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse qualification.
  • Experience of research-based/reflective practice and ability to use supervision to reflect on skills, attitude, and knowledge.
  • Able to provide quality care responsive to service users' needs without close supervision.
